After a 3 year hiatus, we are back!
Starting today, Registration for Volunteers, Participants, and Vendors is officially available. The Rodeo Committee has decided that for our 2022 event, there will be no Registration Fees for all participants! For details, please visit our Registration Page.
Please note, we will have a strict participant registration cut off of July 18th, 2022 . Please spread the word and register as soon as possible so that we may order supplies etc in advance!

Information Package

General Registration Assistance
Back in 2018, we pilot tested online registration for Participants, and received great feedback from everyone involved. In 2019, we increased online registration usage to include General Volunteers and Participants. From these experiences, we received great feedback, and incorporated that into our 2020 registration process. Unfortunately, we have not been able to utilize the latest system until now. This new system leverages a “Shopping Cart” experience, allowing multiple registrations to be submitted as a single transaction. Simply add each registration to your cart, and complete the checkout process once you are ready! We have proactively created a Frequently Asked Questions page to help explain the process. Volunteer Judge Registration
For 2022, Volunteer judge registrations will have the option to submit theirĀ registration details via online or utilize a Mail In form found in the 2022 Pacific Northwest Lineman Rodeo Information Packet. Based on feedback, we will continueĀ providingĀ this flexibility to those who prefer to print our the form and mail it in to us.
Please note, if you are registering as aĀ volunteer judge online, you simply need to complete your registration form, add it to your cart, proceed to checkout, and submit your registration. Volunteer registrations will not be prompted for payments. Once your registration is received, you will also get a copy sent to the email address you provide on the checkout page (for your personal reference)
General Volunteer Registration
For 2022, General Volunteer registrations will be submitted via online only.
Please note, if you are registering as a volunteer, you simply need to complete your registration form, add it to your cart, proceed to checkout, and submit your registration. Volunteer registrations will not be prompted for payments. Once your registration is received, you will also get a copy sent to the email address you provide on the checkout page (for your personal reference)
Participant Registration
For 2022, all Participant registrations will be submitted via online only (ApprenticeĀ and/or Journeyman Team).
To simplify this process, we have introduced new functionality using a “shopping cart” like experience to allow one or more registrations be submitted at once utilizing a single payment.Ā Simply complete theĀ registration form, and add a registration to your shopping cart. On the shopping cart page, you will be provided the option to “Continue Shopping”. Click this link to return to the registration page, and continue adding additionalĀ registrations (as needed) into your shopping cart.
Once you have added all your registrations, proceed to checkout, and submit your registration. 2022 Participant Registrations will not be prompted for payments. Once your registration(s) is received, you will also get a copy sent to the email address you provide on the checkout page (for your personal reference).
Please note, you are welcome to add both participants and volunteers in a single shopping cart instance.
Vendor Registation
For 2022, Vendor registrations will be submitted via online only.
Simply complete theĀ registration form, and add the registration to your shopping cart. On the shopping cart page, simply click “Proceed to Checkout”, provide payment information, and “Submit” your order.Ā Once submitted, we will review yourĀ registration, and you will receive a copy of yourĀ registration via email with a PDF attachment of your transaction for corporate expense purposes (if needed).
